The Road Transport administration is a non – profit organization, its main objective is to promote the transportation business development and the competitive capacity of the transporters. After the evaluation of the organization’s opportunities, an improved web site was admitted as an effective tool to achieve the main objective.

The Solution

The advanced ATD web site is one of the greatest and technologically most improved solutions that Mediaparks has ever developed. The site has three access levels, two of them are provided for registered users. The brand-new ATD web site has almost entirely automated users’ management system, transporters’ database connection, electronic application forms and their administration and several other additional functional elements.

In our opinion, the most significant element is the electronic application forms, which are a considerable step towards e-documents. It will also enable transporters to avoid the queuing by the application submitting points. Currently not all types of applications are provided electronically but the range will be increased in future. Mediaparks finds this as an important advancement towards the e – documents era and e- government in entrepreneurship.
